In this lesson, we are to complete the understanding of the basics and actually we’ll attempt to put the gained knowledge into practice. We’ll try Bisulphite Sequencing step by step, we’ll try designing PCR primers, we’ll talk about tools to help in a genome studio and we’ll better understand methylation aspects and what happens when the HPA axis is disturbed.
